Hi! I'm trying to play EAFC25 online but I get this message...

'You have lost your online connection. Check you home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers.'

My console is hard wired with excellent speed so I don't why I can't get online. Anyone else had the same problem?
