It took me 2 days and hours of searching to figure this out. What you have to do is change your gamer tag and then attempt to download your profile again on the Xbox 360. It will more than likely fail. Then you have to go to xbox.com and purchase back your old gamer tag for $9.99 and change it back. Once that's done, download your profile and it will not give you the error code. Nothing else works!
