Someone Please help! Xant connect to Sky Max Router.

All, really hoping someone will be able to help as it's doing my head in! Ever since we 'upgraded' to the Sky Max Router, I've not been able to consistently keep my Xbox connected to the Internet, even through a wired connection. Ever time I call up Sky they ask me to reset everything, which usually gets me reconnected but it'll only last an hour then dissappear again. My xbox is showing as connected but fails all the network and multilayer connection tests. Anyone else had this same issue...
