I Want My Windows 10 Toolbar Back in Win 11 Fie Explorer!!!

I can't take it anymore. I have been reading "fixes", yet none really are. I was used to adding commands, etc. to explorer, well where the heck is that toolbar? Where is this menu in Win 11? One step forward, two steps back. :mad:
