Hello,
I just got my online copy of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves two days ago (after preorder) and to my dismay my Hori Fighting Stick Alpha Official Microsoft does not work. When I start the game the whole joystick goes numb and nothing works in the game, not the buttons or the stick. The joystick remains turned on because the main button brings me to the Xbox menu and I can turn on the microphone/rotate between users (two small buttons right of the main menu button).
