HEVC video extension locked on Brazil address on Microsoft Store.

Hi,I have this problem, i try to buy HEVC video extension from Microsoft Store, but when i hate to make the payment the address is locked on Brazil and i am from Belgium, Europe. I can't finish the payment because i have to put my address and i dont have a address in Brazil.Even the price is in brazilian dollars, instead of US dollars or euros.Thank you for your help....
