Copilot Windows app doesn't render Mathematical equations

The window app refues to render mathematical or chemical equations,. This works fine on the Copilot website, but not the Windows app. Does anyone know how to fix it?The equations look something like this:\[ CH_4 + 2O_2 \rightarrow CO_2 + 2H_2O \]
