Can I run Wizard101 on this laptop?

My adult granddaughter—who has a disability (CP)—has played Wizard101 since she was a tweener. Right now, she plays the game on an HP laptop that's a couple of years old and shipped with Windows 10. It's not up to running Windows 11, and I'd like to get her a new (but not expensive) laptop that comes with Win11. I'm looking online at the HP Stream 14" HD BrightView Laptop. Her current machine (also an inexpensive HP) seems to run the game just fine, so I'm pretty sure this new model...
