Can't delete file that's linked to my old hotmail account that was hacked

There is a file in my OneDrive that is linked to my old hotmail account that i deleted because it was hacked. OneDrive won't let me access it to delete it because i'm not signed into the right account, even though i linked or whatever those files to this new account. i want to delete the file because they are financial business files. how do i delete them if OneDrive won't let me access them?...
