Windows activation problem

Hi Team,I am using a HP laptop which came with Win 8 Home single Language OEM . I upgraded it to Win 10. After 2-3 years , yesterday I turned on that laptop and found hardware issue that was related to RAM . I took out faulty RAM and now laptop is working but it's showing windows is not activated. I have tried everything but not able to activate . Current version of Windows is Windows 10 . It's not taking that integrated license key from motherboard which was working earlierPlease help...
