Windows 10 refuses to boot

So I was going to reset my pc today as I was running out of space and I just wanted a fresh start since I was starting to get issues, but then I got an error message saying that the reset couldn’t be performed and that nothing was changed, I decided to restart it and now I’m just booted into a blue screen with the option to troubleshoot or use a device, any advice or help would be appreciated as I’ve tried to look around the forums already and nothing seems to be working...
