Windows 10 (code 12) error - - - audio interface not recognized after CPU upgrade ?

Hi everyone.

Win 10 64-bit user. Dual boot system. Both win 10 64-bit. Amd cpu upgrade no chipset change. Am4 chipset. B450 motherboard. Started using older pci-e gpu and not the integrated graphics. The new cpu hasn't got integrated graphics. Same rme audio interface (external, external power) in both sydtems. One system all fine. Before and after upgrade.

But the other system doesn't recognize the audio interface after the upgrade. It shows a message like "This device cannot find enough free resources (code 12) You will need to disable one of the other devices" in the device manager.

Tried uninstal the onboard audio (both bios and device manager). Nothing good.
Tried uninstall, reinstall newest drivers (device manager- software control panel). Nothing good
Tried usb repair-update, the cleanest of repairs (usb in place windows repair) it worked once, but then when i shut down and restarted, it showed that the interface was “disconnected”.
