Why is Avermedia Recentral 4 game capture software stationary in multi-monitor setup?

I have a dual display monitor that has a Dataport connection at 165Hz and an HDMI connection at 60Hz. I also have another single monitor display that serves to display additional programs that are needed when I record my games. The only issue is that I can no longer move the Recentral 4 window off my recording display (the HDMI 60Hz flip side of my main monitor). I simply want to move the Recentral 4 window to my addtional monitor so that I can control and see if it is recording or not. The game is full screen so I can't tell what the status of the recording is during gameplay, because the software window is hidden behind the game.
Can anyone tell me if there is a setting that I'm missing in order to move the Recentral 4 window?
