When factory resetting my computer password won’t work

Was resetting my computer and it asked for a password and when I entered my current one it didn’t work and I can’t log in becuase it just loops and won’t go into safe modeI’ve tried the method of going into safe mode by hard resetting twice and it just loops back to choosing a operating system to go into
