Undervolting an RX 9060 XT?

I recently upgraded my computer and part of that was getting a Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB card. I've heard that undervolting is basically recommended as it reduces power draw, heat, even coil whine if the card has it, with basically no noticable drop in performance, is that right?

I'm tempted to try if it's that recommended. I have Adrenalin as it installed it with my drivers, can you do it in that? Are there any good guides or just recommended settings to try?
