Hello everyone,

The issue involves a PC that crashes when starting or playing games, often restarting itself without displaying anything. Observations include peak spinning of both the GPU and CPU fans until the power cable is unplugged. Additionally, at idle times, the CPU and SSD usage are consistently at 100% in Windows Task Manager.

System Specifications:

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro 64 bit
  • GPU: 3070 Ti
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • RAM: 16 GB (8x2)
  • Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X
  • Cooler: Stock cooler
  • SSD: Western Digital
  • PSU: Gigabyte GP-B700H 700W bronze certified, 5 years old
  • Case: Antec NX 800
  • Currently using a 55 inch TV as monitor.
  • BIOS version F18h dated 11/03/2025

Tried running Prime95, stopped within seconds.

Attaching drive links to Prime95 error report and minidump files.

Guidance is requested on potential troubleshooting steps and where to begin addressing these issues.

Regards.
