Sony Recovery Disks

Does anyone know of a method to extract the files from Sony's Recovery Disks which contains loads of folders that begin with 'JP_20070319000000000000000000007' etc. These folders contain another folder called '_FS_SWRINFO' with 2 files, 'crc.info' and 'files.info'.
