Should i upgrade?

I currently have an xbox one from 2014 which i currently play singleplayer games on, and i am thinking of upgrading to an xbox one x for Christmas, since the games i play on my xbox one look bad and run bad (farcry 4, cod modern warfare 2019, assassins creed, games like that) but i do not know if it is worth it to upgrade so i am posting on this forum.
