Reguarding Gpu scheduling and optimizations for windowed modes..

I am trying to figure out if hardware accelerated gpu scheduling does anything if at all.. And optimizations for windowed mode? I play a lot of halo infinite direct x12 and don't believe I need any of that enabled. So, as for right now I am only using game mode on. Everything else is off, Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling might be better to use because I have a secondary monitor on a gaming laptop.
