Really need help after an upgrade. Went from a 1600x to a 5700x and my PC now runs like junk.

First off i have a bad Asrock A320M HDV R4.0 motherboard. Though i googled it and it seemed like it supported the 5700X. Ive seen people say it runs completely fine with them.

I bought a 5700X and a 7800XT to revive this old girl. But after i put in the 5700X when i stress test it, the computer immediately starts bugging out. I thought it was maybe a bios version problem so i updated it to the latest version and still same stuff. After that i went back and put in my 1600X. I stress test it, computer bugging out again. Im assuming it doesnt work well now because the 10.xxx BIOS version doesnt work well with 1st gen Ryzens to i try to roll it back. Every time i try to flash it with an older version it says invalid file.

Ive tried pressing F9 and defaulting the settings but still nothing. I tried the 7.00 bios version, ive tried the 1.00 and every time it says invalid file. I have no idea how to roll back the BIOS to test it with the old version. My gpu got stuck and when i tried...
