Please help me stop crashing

Not sure what my problem is, I’ve had this pc for about a month and my only issue before this was a bad windows install which was causing a kernel 41 issue. A few days ago I started running into a new issue which was games randomly freezing and crashing sometimes it would be in the first five minute first 5 seconds or it would take two hours. I watched my temps and they never went above 75 so it’s fine on that end. Can anybody help me out.
System details
CPU-i9 13900k
Gpu- rtx 4070 super Zoltax the two fan one
Motherboard- tuf gaming z790 wifi plus
And 32 gbs of DDR5
The psu is 750w 80+ gold company:Montech
