Option to boot os

I need to get the option to choose which of 3 os win 10pro 11pro vista at boot, each on its own ssd. Ive read about using easybcd and bios options but not about the windows version. Once upon a time a boot screen was made when installing an os with the others connected but now we disconnect the others to avoid any confusion, so where do i get the boot manager from with installed ssd's? Is it still only when installing that its allocated?...
