Nvidia Drivers

I have just read and implemented "older" drivers (566.36) after reading serval articles stating that all the newer drivers had significant flaws. After implementing the driver I listed here, I have found that I no longer have any issues the current drivers are causing. But my question is this. When will we know when Nvidia has corrected the flaws and that we can trust the upcoming drivers in the future? It seems to me that Nvidia is playing a very dangerous game.
