My PC keeps crashing and I am not sure why

For the past few weeks or months my computer keeps randomly crashing. What happens is the audio will become really distorted, if I'm talking to friends they sound robotic, and I unplug my headset and plug it back in, then the computer emits a loud buzzing noise almost like the audio has crashed, and then my monitors will freeze, and just stay frozen, sometimes the screens go black but I don't get a bluescreen I just have to manually switch my computer off and on again by the power button....
