Map network share from remote

I am a domain administrator and should map a network folder to a user, remotely.
I don’t have the user password, I only have the domain administrator password.
I would use PSTools but can only run a cmd.exe on the remote pc as domain administrator user.
Is there a way to change user as sudo su - otheruser in Linux cli?
Do you know another way to connect a share to a user remotely?
Thank you in advance
