Lost all Castle Crashers progress for no apparent reason

I opened castle crashers so I could continue the playthrough I started a couple days ago, but all my character were back to level 1, and I had no unique characters unlocked. I have tried logging in and out, restarting the console, and uninstalling and reinstalling. These usually fix the problem for everyone else, but everything is still gone. What can I do to get everything back?
