I've tried a fresh install, clearing my download cache, changing server region, rebuilding search indexing, optimizing drives, disabling fast boot, disabling write caching and installing to different drives, but no luck.
When downloading any game on Steam, the network speed and disk usage craters after 10-20s, until I pause and unpause the download. This only happens on Steam, I've done a test with downloading Linux ISOs to all of my drives, and they download 6GB in under two minutes, no disk issues whatsoever. I'm at a loss, only able to play my games that don't have updates pending, as updates are taking 12+ hours to complete.
If anyone has any advice on other possible solutions I can try, please let me know!!
