I'm getting low FPS at all settings in Doom; The Dark Ages with an RTX 5070 ?

Dark ages getting low fps less than 60 at all settings even with dlss on RTX 5070.
i5 13500 with rtx 5070
32GB ram and ssd.
Is it cpu bottleneck issue ?
Playing at 1440p resolution
