I can't log into microsoft store because they aren't emailing me my sign in code.

I am trying to log into my Microsoft store on a different outlook email address because I have Minecraft on there Windows 10 pc user btw. Whenever I enter my email, Microsoft tells me that I have to enter the sign in code they sent my email and there is no resend code button nor will they let me use any other method of signing in. I have checked my email and junk and other emails and Microsoft still hasn't sent me my sign in code. I have tried this about 50 times and every time, they tell me...
