I have a computer that had an activated copy of Windows 10 with a retail Pro licence. I recently changed the motherboard and processor to enable upgrade to Windows 11. When I rebooted, Windows started to load but stopped because it had been in the middle of an update. I decided on a clean installation of Windows 10 from the ISO on another hard disk. At this point the PC was showing up in my Devices with this correct motherboard and memory. However, the new installation said it was not...
