How do i fix Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration

I have connected lan to my laptop and it stopped working for some reason and the troubleshoot says Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration and is stuck on unidentified networkI have tried most of what internet had to offerThe cmds such as netsh winsock resetnetsh int ip resetIpconfig /flushdnsI have uninstalled the driverI even reseted the pcThe cable or the router seems to be fine it is able to give connection to the tv And it didn't work please help out...
