Hirens BootCD Bsod Windows

Hello and Happy New Year. I have an old computer that still runs Windows 7. I tried to boot it with a Hirens BootCD version 15.2 and I let it enter the drive because I didn't want to use the XP that this Hirens BootCD has, but it didn't want to enter Windows 7 anymore, it gave me a blue screen with the Stop code: 0x0000007B (0x80786B58, 0xC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000), and it keeps resetting itself in a loop. Finally I managed to enter Windows 7, after I gave the repair option in Windows 7 I think. But now everything is reset, the last programs I had installed are no longer there and now it asks for the administrator password again even though I removed it in the past. Can I still recover the lost programs or see a previous version of my programs as they were before this version and corruption, before the blue screen error and the computer restarted? Or what exactly happened? And I would be interested if you know of any program that removes the blue light like in windows 11 but...
