Hi,
I have a this problem since I bought my pc, didn’t find a solution, updated monitor and motherboard drivers, still can’t even run games like FIFA even on low graphics or cs 2 on more than 60-70 fps.
Temperatures are fine, cpu is fine and really it doesn’t seem like something is wrong.

Gigabyte Gaming Z390
Intel Core i5-9400
Antec A400i
16gb ram ddr4 3200
480gb ssd nvme WD Green
Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060
Antec VP700p
I’m starting to lose hope, is it a bottleneck? Something else in my specs?
