game rust crashing on windows 10 - no event viewer note

My computer with a 3070ti andryzen 7 7800x3d 750w corsair gold psu 32gb ddr5 g-skill ripjaws keeps crashing about every 30 minutes when i play rust, the crash is interesting because it dosen't blue screen or go black and just restart but it just freezes my display, i hear a static click in my headset, and the USB devices are still powered on but everything is frozen forcing me to use the power button to restart.
