Fps drops in all games

Hi everyone,
since yesterday after changing the thermal paste on my laptop Asus TUF A17 i have been getting crazy fps drops as low as 10.
I get normal fps for 2 3 minutes and then 1 minute drops to 10 and then again back to normal.
My specs are Ryzen 7 6800h ,RTX 3070ti and 16 gb DDR5 Ram.
Can someone help me?
