Error message on 'This PC'/Properties?!

I'm getting a very strange error when I right-click 'This PC' / Properties...I've rebooted, same problem. Any ideas what's wrong here? Never had this nor heard of this before?? Thanks, Windows 10 1607 (OS Build 14393 4583)
