Disk space \Acer aspire ES1-132-C22B

So, this netbook reports 28GB total disk space of which Windows 10 takes up 19.6 GB.It reports it only has 2.65GB of space left. There are no applications on it.Question: Is 19.6GB for Windows right? Seems a bit high to me. Any ideas not sure how I would goabout upgrading its SSD.Thanks in advance. Ian Roe
