Cannot login to MS Store / Minecraft launcher Windows 10

Hello,I have a notebook with windows 10 and I wanted to install minecraft to it.Unfortunatelly for some reason, I cannot log in... when I put my email to login, it will say "sending confirmation code to your email" but no email arrive.I tried to login wit phone number conneted to my account and no sms with code arrived...
