Camera says not connected but camera is built into laptop?

Laptop: ProbookThe main camera of the laptop is not working in the camera app and on applications. It is currently connected to the secondary camera next to the mouse pad. I have checked device manager and it shows up as a hidden camera. However, the issue is that it says:"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. Code 45 To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."The drivers are up to date.Help trouble shooting/fixing the issue please....
