BSOD screen when starting vmware image (Win 11 Canary build 27818.1000)

when try to start a vmware image, get a green screen with the following error WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR with build 27813 and 27818 build. Previously was working smoothly. Does anyone has an idea ot the root cause of this error?
