Bright blue light from the IPS LED screen.

I have an old IPS LED phone that glows very blue, which is most visible on black color. In the new phone, whose technical data also says IPS LED, the black is almost non-luminous. Can the screens of these phones be physically different, or do the devices have system settings such that the old one has a huge screen backlight and the new one is the other way around? I'm asking about this because I have a 10-year-old IPS LED monitor that glows the same way as my old phone and I would like to......
