Bootrec rebuildcd is identifying old windows installation

I am facing Error code: 0xc0000605 File:\windows\system32\winload.exe . And using a bootable USB in repair mode when I try to use the command rebuildcd it recognizes an old installation of windows on my hard disk. I have windows on my 256gb ssd in c which it is not showing. what can I do. Is this supposed to happen
