BeQuiet! 600 LX with MSI Z790-S WiFi Motherboard - icompatibility RGB vs ARGB ?

The BQ 600 LX has ARGB headers that are daisy chained with the final 2 connectors going to the motherboard. The case's connectors are SYS_FAN and a 5v 3pin FEMALE connector, but the MSI MoBo does NOT have the RAINBOW connector. The ONLY connector is for a 12v RGB 4-pin.

Does anyone know of an adapter that would translate the MoBo 12 (electrically 12v to 5v and PHYSICALLY 4 pin to 3 pin)?
