AMD CPU to pair with RTX 4070 Super?

I am currently upgrading most of my computer and I am torn between a couple paths for my CPU (and therefore motherboard and RAM) based on my RTX 4070 Super.

I have already decided on the RTX 4070 Super (bought the founder's edition direct from Nvidia) since $600 is about as much as I want to spend on a graphics card right now. I'm upgrading from a GTX 1080 so the 4070 Super will be a huge upgrade even if it's not a perfect card. I like to play MMOs, 4X games, and big open world RPGs so...
