Advice for swapping mobo/cpu and updating Windows

I have 2 pcs. PC 1 I have an upgraded license for Windows 10 Pro that I purchased. No license key was given. I swapped out the motherboard and cpu from an Intel to AMD. PC 1 boots up fine and seems fine but many people say reinstalling windows is a smart choice to avoid future problems. My worry is that it seems like because I swapped the motherboard, this version of Windows I have might not work upon a reinstall.
